1. Manage the supply chain for gemstones, from order placement to delivery to workshops.
2. Coordinate orders with suppliers and the gemstone department.
3. Handle replacement stones and after-sales service orders with dealers and workshops.
4. Ensure the quality and consistency of gemstone reference data.
5. Monitor the evolution of traceability needs and conduct regular audits.
6. Establish and maintain activity management indicators.
7. Provide backup support for peers by analyzing needs and placing orders.
8. Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely availability to workshops.

1. Proven initial experience in supply chain management.
