1. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize supply chain management and merchandising.
2. Analyze market trends and business indicators to drive supply chain strategies in alignment with the Maison's global strategy.
3. Define and manage product assortment at both boutique and country levels, maintaining model stock and defining tactical seasonal pushes.
4. Plan and secure appropriate stock levels and product assortment to represent the Maison universe across the network.
5. Ensure forecasts align with the Maison strategy and vision, facilitating accurate demand sizing by the central team.
6. Foster and promote a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

1. Proven experience in merchandising, forecasting, stock management, or relevant fields.

1. Excellent planning and analytical skills.
2. Strong working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP platforms.
3. Advanced Excel and overall computer skills.
4. Strong interpersonal skills in both English and Japanese.
