Van Cleef & Arpels Supply Chain Intern

- Assist in the execution of the Special Sale project for staff across the European region, including order processing, invoicing, distribution, after-sales service, and communication.
- Coordinate cross-functional tasks related to the Special Sale, including invoicing with Finance, production batches with central Supply teams, and deliveries from the central stock to various European hubs.
- Collaborate with Richemont logistics teams and manage order placements with Retail teams across different markets, excluding France and Monaco.
- Coordinate with VCA France logistics and Customer Service for after-sales activities.
- Propose and implement tools to enhance future operations related to Special Sales, such as SAP automations and tracking tools.
- Support the team with standard tasks during peak periods at the end of the year.
- Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive and organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Multicultural sensitivity and service-oriented mindset.
No prior professional experience required, but an interest in luxury supply chain operations is essential.
Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
Interns will receive training on the history and values of Van Cleef & Arpels at L'École des Arts Joailliers.
