Van Cleef & Arpels Supply Chain Coordinator

- Coordinate daily supply chain operations for the Beaune site, including inbound raw materials, inter-site transfers and outbound shipments to boutiques and ateliers.
- Manage inventory accuracy and cycle counts; implement corrective actions to preserve traceability and minimise stock discrepancies for high-value components.
- Liaise with procurement, production, quality and boutique teams to align production schedules, forecast requirements and prioritise material flows.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and logistics partners; monitor lead times, delivery performance and compliance with handling requirements for precious materials.
- Monitor and report supply chain KPIs (OTD, stock levels, days of inventory) and propose process improvements to increase responsiveness and reduce risk.
- Prepare and ensure accuracy of shipping documentation, customs paperwork and any regulatory declarations for cross-border movements.
- Support projects related to inventory optimisation, ERP processes and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen luxury goods handling and security.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering, business administration or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to manage inventories and coordinate logistics for high-value or sensitive products.
- Strong analytical aptitude with experience in KPI monitoring and inventory control methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and proven cross‑functional collaboration in manufacturing or retail environments.

Minimum three years of hands-on experience in supply chain, logistics or inventory management, preferably within luxury goods, jewellery, watchmaking or other high-value manufacturing/retail contexts. Experience with international shipments and supplier management is highly desirable.
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering, business or equivalent professional experience.
