- Oversee boutique store planning, including opening, renovation, and relocation, in collaboration with the Store Design and Planning team.
- Coordinate boutique opening processes to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage boutique maintenance efficiently, with a focus on timing and budget constraints.
- Implement and uphold visual merchandising operations, acting as a visual merchandising ambassador.
- Proven experience in supporting the opening, expansion, or renovation of retail boutiques.
- Strong understanding of luxury boutique aesthetics and standards.
- Ability to manage multitask projects autonomously.
- Strong decision-making skills for resolving urgent issues.
- Excellent organizational and proactive skills.
- Fluency in English.
Relevant experience in retail boutique management, particularly in luxury settings.
