1. Oversee boutique openings by supporting real estate activities, coordinating project briefs, and validating projects with local management.
2. Set up and manage local contracts, including contractors, architects, leases, and legal agreements.
3. Develop local purchase orders and monitor budgets with the support of the regional store designer.
4. Manage boutique maintenance by responding promptly to ad hoc maintenance needs and optimizing the environment.
5. Conduct regular visits and audits, building a network of local contractors to support routine maintenance.
6. Collaborate with boutique teams to implement new Visual Merchandising (VM) concepts according to headquarters guidelines.
7. Consolidate VM tool orders for boutiques and ensure timely delivery.
8. Regularly monitor the quality of displays using the Yoobic tool and provide feedback to boutique colleagues.
9. Manage the local VM budget.

1. Background in surveying or architecture with technical field experience.
2. Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end real estate.

2. Results-driven with proactive project management skills.
3. Excellent relationship-building skills and adaptable communication style.
4. Expertise in Visual Merchandising with a keen eye for detail.
5. Proficient in budget management and reporting.
6. Fluent in Italian and English; French is a plus.

Proven experience in a similar role within a luxury context, such as luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end real estate.

Degree in Architecture, Surveying, or a related field.
