Van Cleef & Arpels Store Environment Manager

- Oversee boutique openings by supporting real estate activities, coordinating project briefs, and validating projects with local management.
- Set up and manage local contracts, including contractors, architects, leases, and legal agreements.
- Develop local purchase orders and monitor budgets with the support of the regional store designer.
- Manage boutique maintenance by responding promptly to ad hoc maintenance needs and optimizing the environment.
- Conduct regular visits and audits, building a network of local contractors to support routine maintenance.
- Collaborate with boutique teams to implement new Visual Merchandising (VM) concepts according to headquarters guidelines.
- Consolidate VM tool orders for boutiques and ensure timely delivery.
- Regularly monitor the quality of displays using the Yoobic tool and provide feedback to boutique colleagues.
- Manage the local VM budget.
- Background in surveying or architecture with technical field experience.
- Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end real estate.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Results-driven with proactive project management skills.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and adaptable communication style.
- Expertise in Visual Merchandising with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in budget management and reporting.
- Fluent in Italian and English; French is a plus.
Proven experience in a similar role within a luxury context, such as luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end real estate.
Degree in Architecture, Surveying, or a related field.
