- Oversee stock management and back-office organization within the boutique.
- Control customer service flows and manage repair processes.
- Receive stock, manage transfers, handle special product requests, and prepare omnichannel orders.
- Administer cash and billing procedures, and generate activity reports including reservations, consignments, stock levels, sales reconciliations, and customer traffic.
- Ensure seamless customer service interactions within the boutique.
