1. Assist the Boutique Coordinator in managing and optimizing stock and inventory.
2. Receive and transfer stock both physically and within the system.
3. Conduct monthly stock counts and manage consignments, B2B orders, and reservations.
4. Handle special product requests for client presentations and ensure proper documentation.
5. Supervise daily operations including cash management and bill procedures.
6. Train and refresh team knowledge in collaboration with RT Ops and RBO.
7. Manage customer service flows, including repairs and spare parts inventory.
8. Ensure compliance with Maison's policies and contribute to successful audits.

1. Experience in luxury retail or a relevant industry.
2. Knowledge of gemmology is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in stock and inventory management.
4. Experience in a multi-functional organization.

1. Proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Previous experience in stock or inventory management within the luxury retail sector is strongly preferred.

A degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
