1. Assist the Boutique Coordinator in managing and optimizing stock and inventory management.
2. Receive and transfer stock both physically and within the system.
3. Conduct regular stock counts and manage consignments, B2B orders, and reservations.
4. Handle special product requests for client presentations and follow up on piece movements.
5. Ensure proper handling and documentation of all creations in stock, including high jewelry and precious stones.
6. Manage cash and billing procedures, including daily closure processes and report submissions.
7. Train and refresh team knowledge on DARE & AML procedures and animate morning briefs.
8. Manage customer service flows, including repairs and spare parts inventory.
9. Contribute to document management and ensure compliance with company policies.

1. Experience in luxury retail or a relevant industry.
2. Knowledge of gemology is advantageous.
3. Experience in stock and inventory management.

1. Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
2. Ability to work in a multi-functional organization.
3. Strong organizational and communication skills.

Experience in stock and inventory management within the luxury retail sector is strongly preferred.
