1. Collaborate with local and regional teams to ensure successful launches and campaigns, including stock management, media, PR, training, boutique animations, visual merchandising, and internal engagement.
2. Prepare annual novelty forecasts considering Maison’s direction, local relevance, commercial potential, and retail team feedback.
3. Transmit product knowledge and sales tools to the retail community.
4. Monitor sales performance, collect qualitative feedback, and provide insights and suggested actions.
5. Prepare post-campaign reviews with key takeaways and business implications for management and stakeholders.
6. Conduct in-depth business analysis for key collections to support monthly business reviews and the annual strategic plan.
7. Collaborate with regional teams and local stakeholders to gain support and drive cross-functional team alignment for action plan implementation.
8. Assist in preparing monthly reports, newsletters, quarterly product analysis, and end-of-year reports.
9. Monitor key market players’ performance and conduct pricing comparisons.
10. Manage logistics operations for novelties and jewelry special orders.

3. Proficiency in English; knowledge of other Asian languages is advantageous.
