1. Deliver an exceptional client experience as a Salon Ambassador in the Raffles Hotel Salon.
2. Welcome and guide clients through different spaces of the Salon, including the exhibition area.
3. Share insights about the Maison's craftsmanship and heritage.
4. Support the Salon Manager and Client Experience Manager in client presentations and organizing outstanding client experiences.
5. Coordinate with other Salon Ambassadors to ensure floor coverage.
6. Perform back-office and administrative tasks while adhering to confidentiality and security guidelines.

1. Previous experience in the luxury industry, particularly in retail or hospitality.

1. Strong sense of client service and hospitality.
2. Dynamic, flexible, and communicative.
3. Detail-oriented and attentive.
4. Sensitivity to jewelry and artistic craftsmanship.
5. Proficiency in multiple languages, including English.

Experience in a luxury retail or hospitality environment is required.
