1. Collaborate with the Boutique Director to support and lead the sales team in consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets, maintaining a strong presence on the sales floor.
2. Develop and implement client development strategies with new and existing clients, and prospect in the database to create a long-term sales strategy to boost loyalty and sales volume.
3. Guide the team in achieving performance goals through feedback, coaching, and successful sales closures.
4. Lead by example on the sales floor, motivating the team, and aiding the Boutique Director in crafting short and mid-term strategies for client attraction, conversion, and retention.
5. Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service, elevating the boutique experience to drive sales growth.
6. Assist the Boutique Director in supporting and guiding the team in upholding all aspects of Van Cleef & Arpels standards regarding policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of operational standards.

1. Bachelor’s degree required.
2. 5-7 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
3. Prior supervisory experience required.

1. Strong selling and closing skills.
2. Proficiency in Excel and Word.
3. Comfortable with travel and strong networking abilities, particularly with high-profile events.
4. Fluency in a foreign language relevant to the market is preferred.
5. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

5-7 years of experience in a luxury retail environment, with prior supervisory experience.

Bachelor’s degree required.

Salary range of $130,000 to $145,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual bonus.
