- Collaborate with the Boutique Director to guide and support the sales team, ensuring a strong presence on the sales floor.
- Assist the team in achieving performance goals through effective feedback, coaching, and successful sales closures.
- Develop client relationships and prospect within the database, creating long-term sales strategies to enhance loyalty and sales volume.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, motivating the team and assisting in crafting strategies for client attraction, conversion, and retention.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service to elevate the boutique experience and drive sales growth.
- Support the Boutique Director in guiding the team on operational aspects, including policy adherence and corporate directives.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 4-5 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Prior supervisory experience is required.
- Strong selling and closing skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Ability to motivate teams and resolve sales-related issues quickly.
- Strong networking abilities, particularly with high-profile events.
- Fluency in a foreign language relevant to the market is preferred.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
4-5 years of experience in a luxury retail environment with supervisory responsibilities.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Expected Salary Range: $110K- $125K yearly. This role is annual bonus eligible.
