1. Collaborate with the Boutique Director to support and guide the sales team, maintaining a strong presence on the sales floor.
2. Assist the team in achieving performance goals through feedback, coaching, and successful sales closures.
3. Support the team in developing client relationships and prospecting, while creating a long-term sales strategy to boost loyalty and sales volume.
4. Lead by example on the sales floor, motivating the team and aiding the Boutique Director in crafting strategies for client attraction, conversion, and retention.
5. Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service, elevating the boutique experience to drive sales growth.
6. Assist the Boutique Director in supporting and guiding the team in all aspects of operations including policy & procedures and corporate directives.

1. Bachelor’s degree.
2. 4-5 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
3. Prior supervisory experience.

1. Strong selling and closing skills.
2. Proficiency in Excel and Word.
3. Ability to motivate teams and quickly resolve sales-related issues.
4. Strong networking abilities, particularly with high-profile events.
5. Fluency in a foreign language relevant to the market is preferred.
6. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

4-5 years of experience in a luxury retail environment with prior supervisory experience.

Bachelor’s degree.

Expected Salary Range: $135K- $145K yearly. This role is annual bonus eligible.
