1. Achieve sales goals while balancing daily business and High Jewelry sales.
2. Develop a network and cultivate a loyal clientele.
3. Attend community social functions to generate new business.
4. Invite clients to in-boutique events and engage through social media.
5. Oversee CRM initiatives, ensuring accurate client data capture and communication.
6. Assist in daily display setup and breakdown, ensuring product safety.
7. Provide excellent customer service, including after-sales support and repair process management.
8. Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to Maison policies and procedures.
9. Share Van Cleef & Arpels history, quality standards, and collection information with clients.

1. 5-7 years of experience in a fast-paced luxury or sales environment.
2. Bachelor’s Degree or Jewelry Certification preferred.
3. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
4. Excellent computer skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Proven ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
7. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
