1. Achieve and exceed sales targets as directed by management.
2. Develop and maintain a network of loyal clientele.
3. Participate in community social functions to generate new business opportunities.
4. Invite clients to in-boutique events and engage through social media.
5. Oversee CRM initiatives, including client data management and communication on novelties and events.
6. Assist with daily display set-up and breakdown, ensuring product safety.
7. Provide exceptional customer service, including after-sales support and repair process management.
8. Adhere to Maison policies and procedures regarding security, consignments, and valuations.
9. Share Van Cleef & Arpels' history and collection information with clients, maintaining boutique aesthetic quality.

1. 5-7 years of experience in a luxury or fast-paced sales environment.
2. Bachelor’s Degree or Jewelry Certification preferred.
3. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
4. Excellent computer skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Proven ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships.
7. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
