1. Achieve sales goals by providing exceptional service.
2. Attend community social functions to generate new business and invite clients to in-boutique events.
3. Utilize curated clienteling tools to reach out to current and prospective clients.
4. Oversee CRM initiatives, including client data capture and accuracy, communication on novelties and events, gifting campaigns, and clientele reporting.
5. Assist in display setup each morning and breakdown in the evening, maintaining the aesthetic quality of the boutique.
6. Travel as required.

1. Bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification preferred.
2. 7 years of experience in a luxury retail environment preferred.
3. Valid work authorization for employment in the USA.

1. Strong ability to develop long-lasting client relationships.
2. Excellent communication skills, both in person and in writing.
3. Natural curiosity for people and a commitment to providing excellent service.

7 years of experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification preferred.

Salary will be negotiated based on skills and prior work experience. This role is commission eligible.
