1. Achieve sales goals by providing exceptional customer service.
2. Attend community social functions to generate new business and invite clients to boutique events.
3. Utilize curated clienteling tools to reach out to current and prospective clients.
4. Oversee CRM initiatives including client data capture, communication on novelties and events, and clientele reporting.
5. Assist in the setup and breakdown of displays, maintaining the boutique's aesthetic quality.
6. Travel as required for business needs.

1. Bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification preferred.
2. 7 years of relevant experience preferred.

1. Strong ability to develop long-lasting client relationships.
2. Excellent communication skills, both in person and in writing.
3. Curiosity for people and a commitment to providing excellent service.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in a luxury environment is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification preferred.

Salary will be negotiated based on skills and prior work experience. This role is commission eligible.
