1. Achieve sales goals while balancing daily business and high jewelry sales.
2. Develop a network and a loyal clientele through community engagement and social functions.
3. Invite current and prospective clients to in-boutique events and engage through social media.
4. Manage CRM initiatives, ensuring client data accuracy and effective communication on novelties and events.
5. Assist in display setup and breakdown, ensuring safe storage of products nightly.
6. Provide excellent customer service, including after-sales service and repair process management.
7. Adhere to Maison policies and procedures regarding security, consignments, after-sales services, and valuation requests.
8. Share Van Cleef & Arpels history, quality standards, and collection information with clients.
9. Maintain the aesthetic quality of the boutique.

1. 5-7 years of experience in a fast-paced luxury and/or sales environment.
2. Bachelor’s Degree or Jewelry Certification preferred.
3. Strong understanding of customer service needs and customer priorities.
4. Excellent computer skills.
5. Strong attention to detail with multitasking ability.
6. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

5-7 years in luxury sales or a similar fast-paced environment.

Salary: $24.04 per hour, negotiable based on skills and experience. Commission eligible.
