1. Maximize sales of high jewellery pieces.
2. Ensure exceptional client experiences in alignment with Van Cleef & Arpels values.
3. Achieve sales objectives and targets.
4. Develop and expand network and clientele.
5. Attend community social functions to generate new clientele and invite clients to in-store events.
6. Set up and break down window and in-store displays daily, ensuring products are securely stored nightly.
7. Provide excellent customer service and manage after-sales service and repair processes.
8. Implement company policies and procedures, including security and HR policies.
9. Educate clients on Van Cleef & Arpels quality standards and product line.
10. Maintain the aesthetic quality of the store.

1. Previous experience in selling fine jewellery or high-end luxury products preferred.

1. Strong understanding of clienteling.
2. Excellent computer skills.
3. Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
4. Ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships.

Experience in luxury sales, particularly in fine jewellery, is preferred.
