1. Achieve sales targets by delivering exceptional customer service.
2. Participate in community social events to generate new business and invite clients to in-boutique events.
3. Manage CRM initiatives, including client data accuracy, communication on novelties, and clientele reporting.
4. Assist in the setup and breakdown of displays, maintaining the boutique's aesthetic quality.
5. Travel as required for business needs.

1. Bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification preferred.
2. 7 years of experience in a luxury retail environment preferred.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Curiosity and passion for providing exceptional service.

A minimum of 7 years in a luxury retail environment, preferably with experience in jewelry sales.

Bachelor's degree or jewelry certification preferred.

Salary will be negotiated based on skills and prior work experience. The role is commission eligible.
