1. Maximize sales of high jewellery pieces.
2. Ensure exceptional client experiences aligned with Van Cleef & Arpels values.
3. Achieve sales objectives and targets.
4. Develop and expand network and clientele.
5. Attend community social functions to generate new clientele and invite clients to in-store events.
6. Set up and dismantle window and in-store displays daily, ensuring products are stored securely each night.
7. Provide excellent customer service and manage after-sales services, including repair processes.
8. Implement company policies and procedures, including security, consignment, and HR policies.
9. Educate clients on Van Cleef & Arpels quality standards and product line.
10. Maintain the aesthetic quality of the store.

1. Previous experience in selling fine jewellery or high-end luxury products preferred.

5. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers.

Experience in luxury retail, particularly in fine jewellery, is preferred.
