1. Maximize sales of unique and exquisite jewellery pieces.

3. Achieve sales objectives and targets.
4. Develop a network and clientele.
5. Attend social functions to generate new clientele and invite clients to in-store events.
6. Set up and break down window and in-store displays daily, ensuring products are stored securely.
7. Provide excellent customer service and manage after-sales service, including repair processes.
8. Implement company policies and procedures, including security and HR policies.
9. Educate clients on Van Cleef & Arpels quality standards and product line.
10. Maintain the aesthetic quality of the store.

1. Previous experience in selling fine jewellery or high-end luxury products preferred.

1. Strong understanding of clienteling.
2. Excellent computer skills.
3. Strong attention to detail with multitasking ability.
4. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers.

Experience in luxury sales, particularly in fine jewellery, is preferred.
