1. Achieve sales goals by delivering exceptional customer service.
2. Engage in community social functions to generate new business and invite clients to boutique events.
3. Manage CRM initiatives, including client data accuracy, communication on novelties and events, and clientele reporting.
4. Assist in the daily setup and breakdown of displays, maintaining the boutique's aesthetic quality.
5. Travel as required for business needs.

1. Bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification preferred.
2. 7 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
3. Valid work authorization for employment in the USA.

1. Strong ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Curiosity and passion for providing outstanding service.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification preferred.

Salary is negotiable based on skills and prior work experience. This role is commission eligible.
