1. Achieve sales targets while balancing daily operations and high jewelry sales.
2. Develop a network and cultivate a loyal clientele.
3. Attend community social functions to generate new business opportunities.
4. Invite clients to in-boutique events and engage through social media.
5. Manage CRM initiatives, ensuring accurate client data capture and communication on novelties and events.
6. Assist in daily display setup and breakdown, ensuring product safety.
7. Provide exemplary customer service, including after-sales support and repair process management.
8. Adhere to Maison policies and procedures related to security, consignments, and after-sales services.
9. Educate clients on Van Cleef & Arpels history, quality standards, and collections.
10. Maintain the aesthetic quality of the boutique.

1. 5-7 years of experience in a fast-paced luxury or sales environment.
2. Bachelor’s Degree or Jewelry Certification preferred.
3. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
4. Valid work authorization for employment in the USA.

2. Strong attention to detail with multitasking ability.
3. Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

5-7 years in a luxury or sales environment, demonstrating a strong track record of customer service excellence.

Bachelor’s Degree or Jewelry Certification preferred.

$24.04 per hour, negotiable based on skills and experience. This role is commission eligible.
