1. Provide expert consultation to an exclusive clientele, ensuring a superior customer experience.
2. Actively acquire new clients while maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships.
3. Manage customer traffic and greet clients with a welcoming demeanor.
4. Assist clients with bespoke high jewelry and fine watchmaking creations.
5. Implement innovative retail strategies, including e-commerce, distant sales, and virtual sales ceremonies.
6. Offer personalized service to VIP clients and cultivate local business relationships.
7. Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining the customer database and preparing for inventory audits.
8. Engage in networking activities, including attending local events and digital sales functions.

1. Completed training in a customer and service-oriented luxury goods environment, such as jewelry retail, high-end hospitality, or call centers.

1. Proven experience in luxury sales, preferably in the jewelry and/or watch industry.
2. Excellent knowledge of new retail strategies, including digital sales and networking.
3. Curiosity and a unique interest in innovative sales approaches.
4. Outstanding communication skills and a positive demeanor.
5. Fluency in German and English; additional languages are desirable.
6. Flexible, resilient team player with a confident and appropriate presence.
7. Precise and meticulous work style.
8. Proficiency in SAP or similar inventory management systems.
9. Familiarity with digital tools such as customer apps and click-and-collect systems.

Experience in luxury goods sales, ideally within the jewelry and watch sectors, is preferred.

Completed training in a customer and service-oriented luxury goods environment.
