1. Welcome clients and facilitate sales transactions in accordance with the Maison’s selling ceremony.
2. Actively contribute to the boutique's turnover and client recruitment.
3. Develop and maintain client loyalty through personalized clienteling actions.
4. Achieve sales targets by following boutique and personal action plans.
5. Participate in both commercial and non-commercial events for the Maison, including travel.
6. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Maison’s products, history, and visual identity guidelines.
7. Provide exceptional customer service, including handling repairs and maintenance requests.
8. Ensure a seamless client experience across all channels and anticipate client needs.
9. Manage operational tasks such as stock counts and digital tool usage.
10. Contribute to team development through knowledge sharing and active participation in boutique life.

1. Fluency in English and Dutch.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Detail-oriented and reliable with a high level of productivity.

Previous experience in luxury retail or a related field is preferred.

A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
