Van Cleef & Arpels Retail Training Project Assistant (Intern)

- Support the Retail Training Project Manager in the design, preparation and rollout of learning programmes for boutiques and sales teams.
- Draft and adapt training materials: presentations, facilitator guides, quick reference sheets and e‑learning modules.
- Coordinate logistics for face‑to‑face and virtual sessions, including scheduling, participant lists and vendor liaison.
- Track training participation and performance metrics; prepare regular reports and post‑training evaluations.
- Assist with onboarding and product immersion sessions for new boutique hires and seasonal teams.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders (Retail Operations, HR, Product, Visual Merchandising) to align training content with commercial priorities.
- Maintain and update training calendars, resource repositories and Learning Management System records.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by collecting feedback, proposing refinements and supporting pilot initiatives.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business, Luxury Management or a related discipline.
- Previous internship experience or coursework in retail, L&D or project coordination is advantageous.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and calendars concurrently.
- Strong written and verbal communication, capable of producing clear training documentation and executive summaries.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, solution‑oriented approach to logistical challenges.
- Professional demeanour appropriate for interaction with boutique managers and senior stakeholders.
- Availability for the full duration of the internship and legal eligibility to intern in France.
