1. Define and implement the training strategy and action plans for retail training activities in Germany.
2. Empower local teams to enhance performance, improve customer experience, and communicate the values and culture of the Maison.
3. Implement and maintain the training strategy developed by Van Cleef & Arpels International, supported by the Europe region.
4. Deliver high-impact training sessions and implement coaching plans for store teams.
5. Act as a business partner to local teams, monitoring performance and skills, and identifying training needs.

1. Significant experience as a trainer in the retail sector.

1. Effective communication skills.
2. Ability to show initiative.
3. Methodical and pedagogical approach.
4. Proficiency in creating training plans and working cross-functionally with head office teams.
5. Fluency in German and English; French is a plus.

Significant experience as a trainer in the retail sector is required.
