1. Assist in the creation and monitoring of training programs for sales managers.
2. Support the preparation and coordination of classroom training sessions for managers.
3. Assist project managers in organizing and managing training events.
4. Participate in the design and development of training programs in collaboration with regional Training, Marketing, Heritage, Retail Performance, and Retail Operations teams.
5. Aid in the administrative management of the department and liaise with external service providers and partners.

1. Currently enrolled as a student with an interest in luxury retail sales.
2. Proficiency in French and English.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.

1. Proactive and organized with attention to detail.
2. Creative with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Multicultural sensitivity and customer service orientation.

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in luxury retail and sales is essential.

Currently pursuing a degree, preferably related to business or marketing.

Interns will receive training on the history and values of Van Cleef & Arpels at L'École des Arts Joailliers.
