- Assist in the creation and monitoring of training programs for sales managers.
- Support the preparation and coordination of classroom training sessions for managers.
- Assist project managers in organizing and managing training events.
- Participate in the design and development of training programs in collaboration with regional Training, Marketing, Heritage, Retail Performance, and Retail Operations teams.
- Aid in the administrative management of the department and liaise with external service providers and partners.
- Currently enrolled as a student with an interest in luxury retail sales.
- Proficiency in French and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Proactive and organized with attention to detail.
- Creative with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Multicultural sensitivity and customer service orientation.
No prior experience required, but a keen interest in luxury retail and sales is essential.
Currently pursuing a degree, preferably related to business or marketing.
Interns will receive training on the history and values of Van Cleef & Arpels at L'École des Arts Joailliers.
