1. Assist in the creation and digitalization of training modules for global sales teams and brand ambassadors, focusing on sales discourse, product expertise, and service excellence.
2. Collaborate with regional training teams, marketing experts, heritage specialists, and client experience teams both in France and internationally to ensure project continuity.
3. Provide logistical support for the preparation and coordination of both in-person and remote training sessions.
4. Engage with external service providers and partners to facilitate training initiatives.

1. Currently enrolled as a student.
2. Interest in the transmission of jewelry and watchmaking history and expertise.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

1. Proactive and organized with a keen attention to detail.
2. Creative with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, or other digital tools.
3. Excellent command of English.
4. Multicultural sensitivity and service-oriented mindset.

No prior professional experience required, but a strong interest in luxury retail and client services is essential.

Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
