Van Cleef & Arpels Retail Training Intern

- Assist in the creation and digitalization of training modules for global sales teams and brand ambassadors, focusing on sales discourse, product expertise, and service excellence.
- Collaborate with regional training teams, marketing experts, heritage specialists, and client experience teams both in France and internationally to ensure project continuity.
- Provide logistical support for the preparation and coordination of both in-person and remote training sessions.
- Engage with external service providers and partners to facilitate training initiatives.
- Currently enrolled as a student.
- Interest in the transmission of jewelry and watchmaking history and expertise.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive and organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Creative with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, or other digital tools.
- Excellent command of English.
- Multicultural sensitivity and service-oriented mindset.
No prior professional experience required, but a strong interest in luxury retail and client services is essential.
Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
