- Drive organic growth by identifying commercial opportunities and developing strategic action plans based on boutique performance and key retail KPIs.
- Provide market intelligence to the Retail Director and seek opportunities to expand the High Jewelry and High-End business.
- Uphold the Maison's standards for client experience and hospitality, leading local client engagements and guiding boutique management in client activation, engagement, retention, and segmentation.
- Ensure boutiques' operations comply with Group SOP and Maison's policies and procedures, liaising with internal functions to maximize compliance and protect the business.
- Provide on-site guidance across all boutiques, supporting strategy, sales, KPIs, client experience, and staff development, while championing change management initiatives.
- Identify, recruit, and retain top talent to sustain growth, inspire and motivate boutique managers to build cohesive teams, manage performance with clear objectives and feedback, and provide ongoing training and coaching.
- Extensive experience within Sales and Retail functions, specifically within the luxury, fashion, or high-end retail sectors.
- Exceptional leadership capabilities with a proven ability to inspire and mentor staff to achieve and exceed performance targets.
- In-depth understanding of the luxury retail environment, including sophisticated selling techniques and elevated customer service protocols.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive impactful change and challenge conventional approaches.
- Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate a clear vision and foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Extensive and demonstrable experience within Sales and Retail functions, specifically within the luxury, fashion, or high-end retail sectors.
