- Contribute to the enforcement, improvement, and animation of the global retail pricing strategy across all product categories.
- Monitor and analyze price positioning in various markets, suggesting updates and simulating impacts.
- Ensure stakeholders understand and apply existing retail pricing rules.
- Maintain accurate implementation of prices in pricing tools.
- Monitor pricing environment changes, such as taxes and duties, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Support the organization of pricing steering committees, preparing and presenting analyses and recommendations.
- Proven management track record in a relevant field.
- Strong analytical skills to assess data and determine trends and opportunities.
- Efficient verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build structured frameworks for project delivery.
- Reliability and high ethical standards with a strong sense of confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with SAP and Anaplan is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; French language skills are a plus.
Significant experience in retail pricing or a related field, with a proven ability to manage teams and projects effectively.
