1. Oversee sales forecasting and consolidate reporting to optimize performance dashboards across markets.
2. Lead the development and tracking of regional KPIs, ensuring alignment with headquarters' guidelines and local business needs.
3. Provide strategic recommendations and performance insights to Executive Committee, Market Heads, and Boutique Managers at various levels.
4. Evaluate sales associate performance and develop tailored action plans in collaboration with Training and Retail teams.
5. Manage commission schemes and propose necessary evolutions in line with benchmarks and market practices.
6. Contribute to the conception and rollout of regional and international retail performance programs, considering local specificities.
