1. Support the Retail Organisation & Performance team in consolidating and analysing store sales, traffic and KPI data to inform operational decisions.
2. Produce regular performance reports and executive dashboards for regional managers and boutique teams.
3. Contribute to monthly closing activities, variance analysis and ad hoc performance deep dives.
4. Prepare clear, data‑driven slide decks and presentations for stakeholder meetings.
5. Coordinate operational projects across retail, including rollout tracking, process documentation and liaison with store teams.
6. Assist in defining and monitoring improvement actions and follow‑up on implementation with Retail Operations and local teams.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Retail Management, Finance, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
2. Excellent quantitative and analytical aptitude with strong attention to detail.
3. Clear written and verbal communication skills and experience preparing executive‑level presentations.
4. Capacity to work cross‑functionally, manage competing priorities and respect confidentiality.
