1. Support retail performance analysis and optimization.
2. Coordinate and implement new tools and processes to enhance in-boutique operations.
3. Assist in CRM communications and data analytics.
4. Collaborate with boutique management to ensure effective use of in-store client experience tools.
5. Monitor client satisfaction surveys and work towards improving the client experience.

1. Bachelor’s degree or university certificate.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the luxury industry.
3. Fluency in English; business-level proficiency in Japanese preferred.

Monthly allowance not subject to taxes, monthly housing allowance, travel cost coverage related to relocation, health insurance.
