1. Lead the performance, profitability, and development of the UK boutique network in alignment with the Maison's global strategy.
2. Ensure the achievement of business targets through exceptional client experience and operational excellence.
3. Manage teams in accordance with the Maison's values, supporting talent development for individual and collective performance.
4. Report directly to the UK Managing Director and functionally to the head of the Regional Retail Department.
5. Ensure retail sales targets are met and monitor the network's P&L.
6. Lead strategic projects such as boutique openings, closings, and renovations.
7. Collaborate with the Managing Director to build the retail component of the market's strategic and three-year plans.
8. Set boutique sales targets in collaboration with local departments such as Marketing, Communications, and PR.
9. Analyze market KPIs and identify priority actions for target achievement and business growth.
10. Develop and monitor each boutique's Commercial Action Plan with Boutique Managers.
11. Guarantee the highest standards of boutique operations to achieve business targets and satisfy client expectations.
12. Implement Central policies and procedures, adapting them to local laws and ensuring correct usage in all boutiques.
13. Support the implementation of tools to drive retail operations and boutique productivity.
14. Ensure fluid communication between retail, boutiques, and office teams, as well as with the region.
15. Define the UK client development strategy in coordination with the regional approach.
16. Ensure development of boutique CRM capabilities and implementation of client portfolio management.
17. Represent and act as an Ambassador of the Maison during events and with VIP clients.
18. Monitor stock levels to ensure a qualitative and quantitative representation of all collections.
19. Anticipate and ensure the recruitment of the best profiles for the network.
20. Define and support individual development plans to onboard, grow, and retain talent.
21. Evaluate individual performance and provide regular feedback.
22. Participate actively in the succession planning of the Retail teams.

1. Strong understanding of the luxury retail business with previous management experience in luxury retail or boutique environments.
2. Significant experience in managing sales activities and projects within the retail business.
3. Proven leadership experience with skills in people development, coaching, and mentoring.
4. Business and results-driven with a structured and analytical mindset.
5. Ability to work closely with cross-functional departments.
