1. Develop and implement action plans for each boutique to achieve commercial targets and enhance performance both qualitatively and quantitatively.
2. Manage overall turnover, sales, and customer service activities, ensuring alignment with the Maison's retail and commercial policies.
3. Provide monthly sales estimates and targets, and monitor and analyze weekly and monthly sales trends and KPI performance.
4. Support boutiques in identifying and developing High Jewelry/High Ticket clients and business opportunities.
5. Supervise daily operations of boutiques, ensuring compliance with corporate requirements and service standards.
6. Conduct regular visits to boutiques, providing feedback to managers and staff to drive timely improvements.
7. Control boutiques' travel and entertainment costs, cross-check individual commissions, and verify sales invoices and supporting documents.
8. Monitor customer service claims and improve service quality to meet Satisfaction Barometer standards.
9. Define recruitment criteria, conduct interviews, and oversee staff integration and training programs.
10. Inspire and motivate boutique managers to build cohesive and productive teams, and manage their performance through evaluations and corrective actions.

1. Extensive experience in sales and retail functions within the luxury, fashion, or retail industry.

1. Excellent understanding of retail selling and customer service processes.
2. Strong leadership skills to guide and nurture the commercial team.
3. Analytical skills with the ability to challenge the status quo.
4. Excellent communication skills in Korean and English.
