1. Assist project managers in the Retail Architecture Department with boutique openings and provide support to local teams across Europe, Middle East, Americas, Asia, and Japan.
2. Participate in the development of boutique elements including sales accessories, furniture, and materials, and manage related administrative tasks such as tenders, article sheets, and supplier accounts.
3. Aid in the evaluation of suppliers by analyzing feedback from Retail Architecture HQ and regional teams, and assist in budgetary analyses of tenders.
4. Support regional teams in managing and maintaining the boutique network, contributing to the deployment of maintenance strategies and managing internal maintenance applications.
5. Contribute to the deployment of CSR actions, including LEED certification tracking, eco-friendly material research, and guideline development.
6. Coordinate confidentiality agreements between internal teams and the legal department.

1. Currently enrolled as a student with a keen interest in retail architecture or a related field.

1. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
2. Proactive and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

No prior experience required, but a background in retail architecture or related fields is beneficial.

Currently pursuing a degree in architecture, design, or a related field.

Interns will receive training on the history and values of Van Cleef & Arpels at L'École des Arts Joailliers.
