1. Manage 12-24 month demand forecasting at reference levels, considering sales trends, budget, business strategies, and production plans, while regularly reviewing and monitoring forecast accuracy.
2. Analyze demand patterns, trends, and seasonality to identify potential risks and opportunities.
3. Collaborate with the Regional Distribution Planning team and local markets to align product strategies for festive and peak seasons.
4. Work cross-functionally with Headquarters Demand Planning, Regional Distribution Planning, Marketing, Finance teams, and local markets on novelties forecasts and alignment of regional strategies and inventory plans.
5. Handle Non-Valuable Goods management, including evaluating usage, collaborating on replenishment, managing ordering requests, and monitoring delivery status.
6. Conduct sales dashboards and PowerPoint presentations for senior management and related parties, maintaining presentation slides for monthly forecast calls.
7. Manage stock operations, including market transfers, support and sales commitments for events, and allocation of specific creations.

1. Proven experience in merchandising or demand planning.
2. Proficiency in business planning systems such as Anaplan, SAP, or BI.
3. Mastery of English; proficiency in Mandarin or French is advantageous.

1. Strong collaborative and problem-solving skills.
2. Highly responsible, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
3. Proficient in MS Office.

Proven experience in merchandising or demand planning within a luxury or high-end retail environment.
