1. Oversee the client pillars for Van Cleef & Arpels Asia Pacific, shaping and executing the regional client strategy.
2. Ensure alignment with the Maison's global vision while adapting strategies to local market specificities.
3. Lead the Regional Client Community, fostering best practice sharing and synergy across the Asia Pacific region.
4. Manage three direct reports and provide leadership to the wider client community in the region.
5. Define and implement the regional Client Development strategy, ensuring alignment with HQ and local adaptation.
6. Translate client data into business strategies to drive prospect conversion and long-term loyalty.
7. Oversee the regional insights framework, ensuring database completeness and accuracy.
8. Embed clienteling tools, KPIs, and best practices across markets consistently.
9. Partner with Retail Excellence to enhance boutique clienteling capabilities.
10. Oversee the regional CRM and client communication strategy, ensuring campaigns are timely and ROI-driven.
11. Ensure consistent delivery of the Maison’s standards of hospitality and experience across all touchpoints.
12. Collaborate with HQ to implement innovative tools and initiatives that elevate client experience.

1. Proven ability to define strategy and influence stakeholders in luxury retail.
2. Experience in leading and developing teams in complex, fast-paced environments.

1. Expertise in clienteling tools and CRM systems, including Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Ability to leverage data and insights to drive business strategies.
