1. Manage the planning and implementation of training content for the regional training department, coordinating at both regional and local levels.
2. Transmit regional training strategy and assist in preparing presentations for regional meetings, including training KPIs and budget reviews.
3. Develop strategic training content aligned with business needs in partnership with other departments, consolidating market feedback and best practices.
4. Coordinate Maison Signature trainings with the APA HJ Manager and Marketing teams, deploying them in markets.
5. Support High Jewelry, Timepieces, and Boutique Manager seminars, including attendee selection, invitation, and content animation.
6. Monitor data and performance management of training KPIs, ensuring training sessions are recorded and issuing dashboard reports.
7. Consolidate and control the APA training budget, supporting the Training Director in cost/ROI analysis.

1. Solid experience in High Jewelry or Timepieces.

2. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Chinese, Cantonese, and Korean is advantageous.
3. Ability to coordinate effectively and deliver results efficiently.
