1. Plan and execute corporate and local strategic events, including VVIP dinners, luncheons, cocktail parties, and special animations.
2. Maintain an active communication calendar for programs, events, and ROI.
3. Develop and implement event concepts from inception to completion, including décor, catering, and entertainment.
4. Incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders throughout the event development process.
5. Manage on-site event execution and oversee production agencies and vendors.
6. Negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure optimal pricing and performance.
7. Collaborate with legal and procurement to ensure compliance with documentation protocols.
8. Develop and maintain a network of trusted vendors and partners in key markets.
9. Create and monitor event budgets and manage invoices.
10. Foster relationships with Regional Directors and boutique leadership for successful local event execution.
11. Present event concepts and collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure comprehensive success.
12. Compile event recaps and apply best practices for future enhancements.

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Strong organizational skills.
3. Proficiency in Windows environment, including Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Familiarity with SAP, CAD, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
5. French language skills are a plus.

Over five years of experience in managing events or hospitality within the luxury or jewelry sector.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Expected salary range: $52-$58 per hour.
