1. Contribute to delivering an exceptional client service journey.
2. Drive the Service Culture project by disseminating information and ensuring its adoption in boutiques.
3. Evaluate new ideas, align with headquarters on priorities, and collaborate with various teams to enhance the client service experience.
4. Support the design, testing, execution, and follow-up of client service projects.
5. Act as a regional owner of headquarters projects, ensuring smooth execution and market adoption.
6. Ensure the adoption of headquarters client service training programs by collaborating on content and organizing training sessions.
7. Lead discussions and follow up on quality issues, managing communication with markets and Group Client Services.
8. Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain sellable stock conditions and serve as a key contact for the Maison quality charter.

1. Proven experience in project management and customer service.
2. Client-centric mindset with strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Chinese, Korean, or French is a plus.

Demonstrated experience in project management and customer service within a luxury or client-focused environment.
