1. Anticipate risks and define quality criteria for projects.
2. Harmonize and communicate quality standards within teams.
3. Define and implement training plans for quality teams to ensure continuous skill development.
4. Lead action plans and problem resolution, ensuring rigorous follow-up on corrective actions.
5. Formalize and monitor quality performance within the scope of responsibility.
6. Update performance indicators and manage necessary corrective actions.
7. Organize and conduct quality control of finished products, including visual, dimensional, and functional checks.
8. Frequent travel within Île-de-France and occasional travel within France is required.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in jewelry or high-jewelry manufacturing, quality control, and/or quality management.
2. Strong understanding of product development processes.
