1. Anticipate risks and define quality criteria for new projects.
2. Harmonize and communicate quality standards within teams.
3. Develop and implement training plans for quality teams to ensure continuous skill enhancement.
4. Lead calibration visits and the AQP approach, uniting teams around quality objectives.
5. Manage action plans and problem resolution, ensuring rigorous follow-up on corrective actions.
6. Monitor quality performance of collections by updating performance indicators and managing necessary corrective actions.
7. Organize and conduct quality control of finished products (visual, dimensional, functional).
8. Validate product compliance before AQP approval.
9. Travel frequently within France.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in jewelry or high jewelry in manufacturing, quality control, and/or quality management.
