- Lead the cross-functional quality system within the workshop, collaborating with various service managers to drive continuous performance and process improvements.
- Develop, implement, and manage the Quality Assurance system and surveillance plan for the workshop, ensuring alignment with product teams at all levels, including finished products, components, and subcontracted items.
- Oversee quality system audits and ensure product compliance, formalizing quality criteria for finished products in collaboration with central quality teams.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, calibration, and training of internal production teams and partners.
- Manage the workshop's quality documentation and ensure regulatory and certification compliance, including customs, traceability, and other certifications.
- Oversee the management of production and market non-conformities.
- Lead the site's quality activities, including team management, quality KPI construction and communication, and acting as the primary liaison with central teams.
- Drive multi-service continuous improvement projects and support the deployment of Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence within the workshop.
- Formalize major workshop processes in collaboration with various workshop services and information systems.
- Engineering degree with a minimum of ten years of experience in an industrial environment.
- Previous experience in a Quality role with a strong focus on Lean Management and operational excellence.
- Proficiency in project management and KPI management tools such as Power BI and Excel.
- Strong leadership and agility in change management contexts.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and solid managerial experience.
- Passion for information systems.
A minimum of ten years in an industrial setting with significant experience in quality management and Lean Management.
Engineering degree required.
