Van Cleef & Arpels Quality Assurance Manager

- Ensure compliance of jewelry manufacturing with the Maison's quality expectations, including aesthetic, dimensional, functional, and weight specifications.
- Develop and maintain a documented surveillance plan, overseeing the elements and equipment necessary for quality control.
- Conduct training cycles to educate teams and maintain quality standards in line with Maison's requirements.
- Address non-conformities by guiding teams in problem-solving and validating action plans, coordinating corrective and preventive actions.
- Implement defined processes through line audits and post audits, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Record and report the Quality performance of the workshop, developing and sharing quality performance indicators.
- Define and enforce site policies regarding environmental, health, safety, ergonomics, hygiene, and fire safety.
- Ensure site compliance with applicable regulations and internal requirements in the aforementioned domains.
- Support management in developing a behavioral approach to risk management and maintaining control over these risks.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Master's degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality department within a detail-oriented sector.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
- Strong leadership and pedagogical abilities.
- Analytical thinking with a results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in formalizing and presenting processes clearly.
- Rigorous organizational skills with agility in priority management.
- Proficiency in computer tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
A minimum of 5 years in a Quality department, ideally within a sector where aesthetic and technical details are crucial. Prior experience in team management is required.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Master's degree.
