- Support the purchasing team in supplier consultation processes and offer analysis.
- Assist in managing purchasing reports focusing on cost, quality, delivery, and service.
- Contribute to the development of supplier business reviews.
- Update and maintain the supplier data library, including activity, organization, product portfolio, and compliance documentation.
- Propose improvements for standardizing purchasing data management.
- Participate in daily operational support for buyers, including supplier consultations and offer analysis.
- Collaborate with project team members on cost-related aspects.
- Engage in purchasing control tasks such as invoice tracking, new supplier creation, and incoterms updates.
- Assist in supplier performance evaluation by consolidating sales and delivery data and performance indicators.
- Lead projects to develop purchasing performance dashboards and update sourcing data.
- Ensure price consistency and manage product loss rates.
- Enrollment in a program with a focus on Purchasing or Supply Chain Management.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with SAP and Power BI is preferred.
- Teamwork and curiosity.
- Proactive and meticulous approach.
No prior professional experience required, but a genuine interest in the luxury and jewelry sector is essential.
Currently pursuing a degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Interns will receive training on the history and values of Van Cleef & Arpels at L’École des Arts Joailliers.
