Van Cleef & Arpels Public Relations Intern

- Assist the European Press team in executing PR strategies across the region.
- Coordinate photo shoot requests in Paris, managing logistics, security, and communication with markets and editorial teams.
- Organize and participate in press events and trips, ensuring operational and logistical support with markets, headquarters, and external agencies.
- Consolidate budgets and various requests related to press activations.
- Provide on-site operational support during events, which may require travel within France or internationally.
- Compile monthly presentations and post-event reports.
- Monitor and report on press coverage using DMR metrics (AVE, SOV, benchmarks).
- Create monthly press reviews and integrate press coverage into the internal platform 'In The News'.
- Coordinate and deploy press assets and communication tools for the European PR teams.
- Facilitate the European PR community on WhatsApp by sharing best practices.
- Support the tracking of invoicing and the PR budget for the European region.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing and/or Communication (Bac +3/5).
- Previous experience in press relations or communication is required.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Basic knowledge of InDesign is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Proactive with an analytical mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
Candidates should have prior experience in press relations or communication.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing and/or Communication (Bac +3/5).
